THIS WIKI IS BEING MOVED. Please visit us on our new EDUCAUSE wiki.
February 4, 2010Dear ITCOMM Community,
Several of our members have had their PCs infected from viruses on this site. As a result, we plan to move this wiki to the EDUCAUSE site. Regular updates about our progress are posted on the EDUCAUSE ITCOMM listserv. Information will also be posted on the
ITCOMM CG homepage when this process is complete. If you have questions, please post them to the list.
Thanks for your patience as we complete this transition.

Welcome! This site is designed to provide IT communications professionals with tools and resources that help them share information effectively with their customers. While anyone can view the information here, you must be an invited member to edit and add pages. Our intended audience is IT professionals who are responsible for communications in an academic setting.
If you would like an invitation to join, please send an email message with "ITCOMM Wiki" in the subject line to one of the following administrators:

cchat@rice.eduThis wiki was created in connection with the Educause seminar, "Telling Your Story: a Key to IT Success," co-led by Jeff Overholtzer and Lisa Trubitt on October 28, 2008 at the Educause Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida.
The site turned out to be so helpful to us that we decided to share it with a wider audience. We hope other IT communicators will find it valuable and use it as a place to share their tools, resources and ideas.
